  • Assisting in day to day administrative and clerical functions.
  • Fully responsible on general administration tasks
  • To assist in general office administration functions such as answering incoming calls, e-mails, and other clerical duties
  • Data entry and maintenance the filing system and documents
  • Undertakes others ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management when necessary


  • Possess at least a SPM/STPM qualification
  • Computer literately; knowledge in Ms Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • At least 1 year(s) working experience in the related field
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to work independently, responsibility and multi-tasking
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (added advantage)
