  • Maintains staff records and responsible for full spectrum of HR management and related administrative functions
  • Handle daily general administration for all correspondence
  • Maintaining and reviewing of company policies, rules & regulations in compliance with employment laws
  • To assist in attendance, medical claim, salary, leave management and etc.


  • Possess at least a Diploma specialised in HR management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in HR function
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill. .
  • Possess high degree of confidentiality
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and able to work with all levels
  • Fluent speaking in English and Mandarin (added advantage)
