- Maintains staff records and responsible for full spectrum of HR management and related administrative functions
- Handle daily general administration for all correspondence
- Maintaining and reviewing of company policies, rules & regulations in compliance with employment laws
- To assist in attendance, medical claim, salary, leave management and etc.
- Possess at least a Diploma specialised in HR management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in HR function
- Good interpersonal and communication skill. .
- Possess high degree of confidentiality
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and able to work with all levels
- Fluent speaking in English and Mandarin (added advantage)
